School Days.

Over the past couple of weeks all the buzz and chatter around our house has been around school. We are on the count down.  From backpack shopping to the teacher-meet-and-greet, the kids are bursting with excitement.
Shelby wore here backpack all day. She loves dancing around in. Its as big as she is and is a funny sight to see her bouncing around the house with it.
Today, was the first day of school and the kids were bursting with excitement this morning as we got ready for school. This year is special a year because we have a kindergartner in the house—whoop whoop! I can’t believe Levi is in Kindergartner! In my mind, its a big milestone and I can’t believe we are here.
Levi is attending a half day program. He goes to class Monday through Friday from nine to noon. His teachers are amazing and so gifted. Currently, there are a total of seven students in his class. We are thrilled (and so thankful) about this opportunity and the one on one attention he will be receiving.





And little miss Shelby girl is starting her second year of preschool. She’s in the two year old class. Her class meets on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from nine till noon. We’re very excited about her teachers too. They are fun, full of energy and caring. 



Both the kids had a great first day. Since they’re at the same school from last year it was familiar and exciting to them to be back. They both have friends in their classes from last year, which they were excited to see,too…Here's to a new year!
