New Recipes!

In the past 2 weeks, I’ve tried out 4 new recipes. We were getting bored with our staple meals. So, I’ve been stepping out in to the unknown and cooking new things. Still trying to keep things simple and cheap. We have found some new favorites: Chicken Parmesan, Meatball Subs and Curry Spaghetti.
Here’s the recipe for the Curry Spaghetti. If you like curry you’ll enjoy this. If your not a fan of curry, I’d say still worth trying because it has a great Italian flare to it too. Cooks up nice and hearty!
Ingredients
1 large onion
7 to 8 mushrooms
3 small sweet peppers or 1 large red or yellow pepper
1 tomato
5 stripes bacon cup into 1/4 wide strips. (I used precooked bacon)

Celery Salt
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash original
1 jar of Classico Florentine Spinach and Cheese Sauce
1 box of thin spaghetti cooked in water with salt, olive oil and Italian seasoning.
